Return & Cancellation Policy
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. You may return the unused shoes in their original condition along with the shoe box and accessories within 7 days of your delivery date for exchange or refund.
Please Note: Customized products can’t be exchange or refund.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of your delivery date. Simply follow the guidelines below:
Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Design exchanges are not allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by
our Logistics team (logistics cost to be borne by the buyer) or the desired product or size is in stock.
A return and exchange request can be placed only once for any order.
In case any return/exchange request is rejected based on physical quality check by our team, the
customer is not eligible for the return-refund or exchange request.
Make sure your return fulfills all return conditions.
1. Your return shipment must be sent within 7 days of your delivery date.
2. Returned shoes must be unused and unworn and in resalable condition.
3. You must return the shoes the way you received them. Place the shoelaces in their original position (if applicable), include the supporting paper (if applicable), put the shoes back in the protective bags/paper (if applicable) and include all items in the original shoe box.
4. A separate carton must be used for your return shipment. We recommend to use separate carton/ Box for returning your order.
5. If your return shipment originates from outside the European Union, you are required to write “returned goods” and “no commercial value” on the package. We don’t accept return shipments in case we are subject to payment of import duties.
6. Worn shoes can’t be change or not refundable. Shoes must be in original and resale condition.
Please note: we reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time without prior notice or liability.
Buyer are responsible for all the loses regarding these following conditions:
- Incorrect deliver address
- Door locked during order delivery
- Recipient not available at home
- Contact number is incorrect, inactive or not answered
Please note: If courier company face any of these upper problems during packet delivery then they hold the packet for 1 or 2 days accordingly. And they inform us about it. If we receive such as mails or calls from courier company then we send mail to buyer about it.
In that case buyer need to reply to us immediately with the correct further details and concern with courier company to resolve this. If buyer didn’t reply to the mail within this time frame. Courier company destroy the packet after 1 or 2 days accordingly their policy. Buyer are responsible for all the loses.
If customer provide incorrect delivery address then customer is liable for this if packet is undelivered or return due to incorrect address. Then customer is liable for return shipping charges. So its customer responsibility to provide us correct delivery address during place the order. So we can delivery your order on your provided delivery address.
Can i cancel my order?
Yes, Your can cancel your order anytime, but after 24 hours there will be 35% cancellation fee at the job will already be cast and in process and PayPal fee are not refundable.
If I want to cancel my order immediately or within 24 hours?
Yes, you can cancel your order immediately or within 24 hours but please keep in mind. If you want to cancel your order immediately or within 24 hours then PayPal transition fee is not refundable. PayPal charged two fee on every transaction these are transition fee (4.4% + $0.30 USD) and currency conversion fee (6.5%) these fee are not refundable because these are already deducted by PayPal.
After deduct these fee (10.9% + $0.30) rest amount will be refunded within 7 days or fund available in account.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges at their end. TallmenHeelshoes will cover the reshipping cost by regular mail for the customer. Customers may have to pay the difference for the express shipments for exchange items.

In case of return products 35% restocking fee will be charged for restocking fee, boxes, tape, address labels, or postage attached. You can paper wrap the shoe box or use another shipping box. Shipping cost(charge) is not refundable in any cases. Refund for free shipping item need to deduct the actual shipping cost we have been paid.
We provide warranty replacement on all shoes against manufacture defect. Replacement for warranty are required to be same style & same size. Customer are responsible to shipping back to us.
We inspect every pair of shoes back into our warehouse to ensure they are in new condition being able to resell to customer like yourself. Please do not stand your chance returning worn shoes.
