Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our primary concern. You may return the unused shoes in their original condition along with the shoe box and accessories within 7 days of your delivery date for exchange or refund.

Please Note: Restocking fee will be charged for all return products. Customized products can’t be returns & exchanges or refund.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of your delivery date. Simply follow the guidelines below:

Make sure your return fulfills all return conditions.

1. Your return shipment must be sent within 7 days of your delivery date.
2. Returned shoes must be unused and unworn and in resalable condition.
3. You must return the shoes the way you received them. Place the shoelaces in their original position (if applicable), include the supporting paper (if applicable), put the shoes back in the protective bags/paper (if applicable) and include all items in the original shoe box.
4. A separate carton must be used for your return shipment. We recommend to use separate carton/ Box for returning your order.
5. If your return shipment originates from outside the European Union, you are required to write “returned goods” and “no commercial value” on the package. We don’t accept return shipments in case we are subject to payment of import duties.
6. Worn shoes can’t be change or not refundable. Shoes must be in original and resale condition.
7. PayPal transaction fee is not refundable that paypal charged during every transaction.

  • If free shipping promotion was applied to the order then actual shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Return shipping charge paid by buyer. Buyer need to return item in resale condition.
  • Shipping charges are non refundable and that either the shipping charge or the actual cost of shipping would be deducted. Because we already paid shipping charge to courier company so its not refundable.
  • Service only applicable for the first return shipment of any order.

Whats include in customized products

1. Design that are not listed on our website called customized products.  Its may be provided by customers called customized products.

2. If any product picture listed on website in black color but customer order in tan color then its called customized products. Mean if you order other color instead of the “Default Color” called customized products.


We provide warranty replacement on all shoes against manufacture defect. Replacement for warranty are required to be same style & same size. Customers are responsible for shipping back to

All Shoes comes with 6 months manufacturer warranty.

Quality Control Assurance

(To ensure we provide the best quality product to our customers, all returns are subject to a strict inspection process)

Shoes that have visible dings, scratch, dirt from the bottom sole and wear in the footbed are not consider new condition and will return to customers at their cost.

We inspect every pair of shoe that returns back into our warehouse to ensure they are in its original condition, being able to resell to customers like yourself. DO NOT stand your chance returning worn shoes.

Returns and exchange details

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping charge is not refundable that we already paid to courier company.

Restocking Fees

35% restocking fee will be charged for shoe boxes with shipping tape, address labels, or postage attached. We ready products after your order so restocking fee will be charged for all return items.

Worn Shoes Are Not Accepted

We pride ourselves with the standard of quality, therefore no worn shoes are accepted. Shoes with dings, dirt, scratched bottom and wear in the footbed are considered worn. You are more than welcome to try them on carpeted surface.


All returns must be complete with all original accessories, bags & packaging or otherwise will be rejected.
